CREN's new alliance with Blackboard Inc. supports easier access to a quality web course management tool. This alliance provides members a discount on Blackboard Inc.'s CourseInfo Software. CourseInfo allows faculty from any discipline to create Course Web Sites quickly and easily. CourseInfo incorporates a number a web applications that provide support for multimedia tools for audio and video streaming, communication tools (email, discussion boards, and real-time chats), and on-line tests and quizzes.
